  1. It's 2 of Avocados.
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 of Serrano pepper.
  3. It's 1/3 of onion.
  4. It's 2 of roma tomatoes.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of crushed sea salt.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of picanta sauce.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of lime/lemon juuce.
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup of (optional) cilanto leaves only.

Guacamole dip instructions

  1. Cut avocado in half long ways moving around the seed.
  2. Remove seed and scoop out avocado meat into a small mixing bowl.
  3. Using a fork smash up the meat of the avocado I prefer using a fork so I have control over consistency.
  4. Carefully skin both roma tomatoes and slice into small pieces and add to mixture.
  5. Slice serrano pepper into small pieces an ad to mixture.
  6. Slice onion into small pieces and add to mixture.
  7. Add tablespoon of salsa to mixture. I generally use pace picante sauce medium.
  8. If using the optional cilantro leaves add now to the mixture.
  9. Add lime or lemon juice, I prefer lime.
  10. Add salt and mix up the entire bowl.
  11. Chill and then serve.
