Ingredients of Guacamole dip
- It's 2 of Avocados.
- Prepare 1 1/2 of Serrano pepper.
- It's 1/3 of onion.
- It's 2 of roma tomatoes.
- You need 1 tbsp of crushed sea salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of picanta sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of lime/lemon juuce.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of (optional) cilanto leaves only.
Guacamole dip instructions
- Cut avocado in half long ways moving around the seed.
- Remove seed and scoop out avocado meat into a small mixing bowl.
- Using a fork smash up the meat of the avocado I prefer using a fork so I have control over consistency.
- Carefully skin both roma tomatoes and slice into small pieces and add to mixture.
- Slice serrano pepper into small pieces an ad to mixture.
- Slice onion into small pieces and add to mixture.
- Add tablespoon of salsa to mixture. I generally use pace picante sauce medium.
- If using the optional cilantro leaves add now to the mixture.
- Add lime or lemon juice, I prefer lime.
- Add salt and mix up the entire bowl.
- Chill and then serve.
