1. First of all in a microwave safe mug, place about 2 papads as seen in the pic..
2. Fold it from the centre and place them opposite to each other. But do not apply much force..
3. Microwave on HIGH for about 30 secs. I have used a 1250 Watt Microwave..

5. For the chana chaat, soak them overnight and then wrap them up in a wet cloth and place them on the kitchen counter for about 2 to 3 days. Your sprouts are ready..
6. Heat oil in a microwave safe bowl along with the assfoetida..
7. Add the sprouts to it along with the spices excluding the veggies and the chaat masala. Mix well..
8. Cover and allow it to cook for about 3 minutes on HIGH..
9. After 3 minutes, remove and stir once and then microwave again for about 3 more minutes..
