  1. Marinate the meat in ginger garlic paste salt amd all other spices..
  2. In a clay pot put oil wen hot add the marinated meat. Cook on high for a few minutes then lower heat n close the pot. Cook till water is almost dry..
  3. Add tomato puree and green chillies and cook for atleast 15mins or till u see oil seperating frm the gravy..
  4. Add fresh coriander leaves n simmer for few minutes..
  5. Remove in serving bowl n garnish with fresh corainder chopped or whole green chilli and julien ginger..
