- Mix all the ingredients including 2 tablespoons of ghee and microwave on power high for 3 minutes at first. reserve 1 tablespoon of ghee for frying the nuts..
- I have used a 1250 watt microwave. so the timings might vary a little if you have a different one. keep an eye accordingly. it means you may have to microwave it for 5 times..
- Microwave it for atleast 5 times for 2 minutes and mix it well to avoid any lumps after each session. remove it and mix it well and then pop it back in the microwave for 5 consecutive times..
- After 5 times of microwaving, it looks like a glossy mass..
- Finally microwave the slivered nuts separately in a tablespoon of ghee and add it to the halwa. mix well..
