Ingredients of Telagapindi Curry
- You need 1 Cup of Thelagapindi/Sesame seeds powder.
- Prepare 4-5 of garlic cloves.
- Prepare 6 of chopped green chillies.
- You need to taste of salt.
- You need 2 of broke red chillies.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Prepare 2 bunch of Curry leaves.
- It's 1 tbsp of oil.
- It's 1 of chopped onion.
Telagapindi Curry instructions
- Take a pan & add oil in it & heat it.Add mustard seeds & fry it..
- Now add garlic pieces,onion pieces & fry it for 2-3 minutes..
- Add red chilli pieces, green chilli pieces, curry leaves & mix it thoroughly for 2-3 minutes..
- Now add water & mix it thoroughly.Cover the pan with lid & medium the stove..
- After 5 minutes, open the lid & mix it thoroughly..
- Wait for another 3 minutes & add 2 tea cups of water, if required..
- Now add thelagapindi in this pan & mix it thoroughly & add another 2 tea cups of water..
- Now sim the stove & keep mixing the item for 10 minutes till it is dried..
- After the curry is dried, add salt & mix it thoroughly..
- Cover the pan for 2 minutes & off the stove..
- Thelagapindi kura is ready to serve..
