- Prepare of tomato chopped.

- Take a preesur cooker add cumin seeds and onion,tomato chopped,green chilli and ginger garlic paste and salt red chiili powder and turmeric powder. And all regular spices and fry it..
- Then masala is ready and chooped potato and put ito the potao and then mix well..
- And add curd into basen and then blend it. And mix it well in full flame again and again. Then add katuri methi.
- Then pujabi curry is ready to eat and serve wth rice or chapati..
