- Prepare of - cups Dudhi muthiya.
- You need of - tbsp oil.
- Prepare of - bayleaves.
- Prepare of - whole red chili.
- You need of - tbsp muster seeds.
- Prepare of - tbsp cumin seeds.
- It's of - cup onion paste.
- You need of - cup tomatoe puree.

Muthiya Curry instructions
- Grind onion and tomatoes to from paste.
- Ginger, garlic,and green chilli to crush them.
- Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves,dried red chilli, muster seeds, and cumin seeds..
- Seeds crackle add onion paste and saute for 1- minutes..
- Add ginger, garlic, chilli paste,saute till raw smell of onion and garlic is no more..
- Add tomatoe puree and saute till tomatoes get cooked..
- Add beaten curd,mix well and cook for 1- minutes,add dry masala and salt,saute tillmasala leaves oil..
- Last add Muthia and water,mix and let it come to boil on high flame..
- Comes to boil, reduce the flame and simmer for 5-7 minutes..
- Serve hot with roti or paratha or rice..
